Terms and Conditions
1. The Operator and subject of the Terms
The operators of the Osudovka.cz service (hereinafter the "Service") are Milan Talíř, Martin Filsoch, Tomáš Filsoch and Vojtěch Rozporka (hereinafter the "Operator").

These terms and conditions (hereinafter the "Terms") govern the rights and obligations of users when using the Service available at osudovka.cz and its subdomains.
By using the Service the user confirms that they have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to them.
2. Nature of the Service — entertainment content
The Osudovka Service is an entertainment and information application focused on dream interpretation, tarot readings, horoscopes, colour symbolism, and related esoteric topics.
All content of the Service is exclusively entertainment in character. Dream interpretations, tarot interpretations, horoscopes, sign descriptions, colour symbolism, and all other information serve only for entertainment and personal inspiration. They are not scientifically based and cannot be considered professional, medical, psychological, or any other expert help.
The Operator expressly notes that interpretations, horoscopes, and other content of the Service are not predictions of the future or professional recommendations. The user follows them entirely at their own risk and responsibility.
3. Free core features and registration
The core features of the Service — including access to dream interpretations, tarot, zodiac, colour symbolism, and keeping a personal dream journal — are provided free of charge, without fees.
Registration in the Service and keeping a dream journal are voluntary and free. To use part of the content (in particular the personal dream journal and saving interpretations) registration is required.
The Operator reserves the right to change the scope of freely available features at any time, introduce paid features, or restrict part of the features, without prior notice. Registered users will be informed of the introduction of paid features by email or by a notice in the Service.
The Operator gives no guarantees regarding the availability of the Service, the duration of its operation, or the preservation of specific features in the future.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
The Operator provides no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
the accuracy, completeness, or up-to-date nature of the Service content,
the suitability of the content for any particular purpose,
the uninterrupted availability of the Service,
the error-free functioning of the Service,
the results the user may expect from the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" (as-is), without any warranties.
5. Limitation of liability
The Operator bears no liability for:
any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service,
decisions made by the user on the basis of the Service content,
any health, psychological, relational, or financial consequences resulting from the use of the Service,
temporary or permanent interruption of the Service's operation,
loss of data stored within the Service (dream journal, saved interpretations, etc.).
The Operator's total liability towards the user for any reason is limited to the amount of CZK 0, as the Service is provided free of charge.
6. Content uploaded by users
The user is fully responsible for the content they upload to the Service (in particular entries in the dream journal, profile data, etc.). The user undertakes not to upload content that would:
violate the legal regulations of the Czech Republic,
violate the rights of third parties (copyright, personality rights, etc.),
be contrary to good morals,
contain hateful, offensive, vulgar, or otherwise inappropriate expressions,
promote violence or illegal activity.
The Operator reserves the right to remove without notice any content it considers inappropriate, or to cancel the user's account in the event of a serious or repeated violation of the Terms.
7. Copyright
All content of the Service (interpretation texts, descriptions of cards and signs, graphics, design, code, icons) is protected by the copyright of the Operator or third parties. Without the written consent of the Operator, the Service content may not be copied, distributed, modified, stored in other databases, or commercially used in any other way.
The database of dream, tarot, and zodiac interpretations is based on preserved traditional sources and is editorially processed by the Operator. The specific wording, structure, and overall presentation of the content are the Operator's authorial work.
For personal, non-commercial use (reading, personal reflection) the content is of course freely available.
8. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data is described in a separate Privacy Policy document, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
9. Cookies
The Service uses cookies to the extent necessary for proper functioning (in particular user login). Details are given in the Cookies section of the Privacy Policy. Consent to any additional cookies is managed through the cookie bar on first visit.
10. Changes to the Terms
The Operator reserves the right to change these Terms unilaterally at any time. The Operator will inform logged-in users of substantial changes by email or by a notice in the Service, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the Service after the changes are published means consent to the new Terms. If the user does not agree with the new Terms, they may cancel their account at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
If any provision of these Terms turns out to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
